High-accuracy bars

High-accuracy bars (shaft workpieces) for industrial purposes are used in chemical, petrochemical and food-processing industry for manufacturing parts and components of various machines and mechanisms.

THE ENTERPRISE PRODUCES:
– long-length turned, ground and polished round bars made of steel with special surface finish (bright-polished steel) with length of up to 11,000mm as per GOST 14955-77;
– high-accuracy long-length bars with special surface finish made of alloyed and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, including purposely designed high-strength corrosion-resistant stainless steel as per developed and approved Technical Specifications TU 14-1-5518-2005;
– bars with axial bore (internal hole) of 8.2±1.2 and 7.1±1.2mm in diameter in accordance with TU 14-1-5556-2007 where axial bore is designed for feed of process fluids.
Technical Specifications TU14-1-5556-2007 for steel with special surface finish of 38ХГМФТ grade (drill type) are developed and implemented.

Product Description

High-accuracy and long barsl with special surface are manufactured from alloy, carbon and stainless steels.
The company can supply rods in the thermal improvement.

The enterprise manufactures bars made from steel of 03Х14Н7В and 05Х16Н4Д2Б grades as per TU 14-1-5518-2005 with bar length of up to 9,000mm, diameter of 12 to 25mm with 8th grade of accuracy achievable, diameter of 25 to 55mm with 9th grade of accuracy achievable, dimensional allowance in accordance with customer requirements, straightness achievable of up to 0.1mm over the whole length of the bar and roughness Ra achievable of no more than 1.25μm.
In addition, the enterprise manufactures bars made from steel of 38ХГМФТ grade as per TU 14-1-5556-2007 with bar length of up to 11m, diameter of 17 to 25mm with 8th grade of accuracy achievable, diameter of 25 to 55mm with 9th grade of accuracy achievable, straightness of up to 0.1mm over the whole length of the bar and roughness Ra of no more than 0.63μm.
